How do I place a job ad?

It's very easy to place an ad: click on the button "Post a Job" above right.

What does it cost to advertise?

If you click on the button "Post a Job" above right, the packages available to you will be displayed including pricing.

If I post an ad, how will I receive applications?

When you create your job advertisement, applications will be automatically sent to the registered email address. If you prefer, you can also chose to have the applicant redirected to another URL (such as your own website) to make the application directly.

Do you offer an Application Tracking System (ATS)?

We do not offer an integrated ATS. All applications are sent to you via email or redirected to your website.

If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?

No. Your email address is not visible on the website.

How long will my ad remain advertised on the website?

The job ad will remain on the website for the period as described in the selected package.

How long will my ad remain in your database?

In general, an ad is automatically deactivated from the website after 3 months. You will receive an email a week before, and another on the day of deactivation. You have the ability to put them online again during the following month by logging into your account on the site. After this prtiod, your ad will be automatically removed permanently from the website's database.

I have filled my position. How do I remove my ad?

Once your job has been filled, simply log in to your account to remove your ad.


How do I delete my profile?

You can delete/deactive your profile by signing and and selecting "delete my profile". This will delete the personal details maintained on our platform.

How do I request for all my data/history to be deleted?

You can copntact us at support@medical-careers.net and request that all your personal data is fully deleted from our platform.
